🌊 How to change/remove a leader

We are very sorry but there is no feature where you can remove a leader. In this case we would recommend starting a new team and bringing over the active players with you.

🌊 How to save my progress without Facebook

You need to copy your unique player ID. You can find it by tapping Settings> "i" (Information). Send it to our support team and we will be able to restore your progress.

🌊 I've bought the gold pass twice or more

Please do not hesitate to contact us from within the game. We will help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

🌊 My unlimited boosters are disappeared/My safe bonus wasn't added to my account

The timer starts when you receive the reward, and not when you press claim. The claim button comes up to let you know that you've received the reward, it doesn't act as a way for you to save rewards for later.

🌊 I didn't get 1500 diamonds after the Team Tournament

Please note that the reward is divided between 30 players. If there are less than 30 people on a team, each team member still receives 1/30 of the reward. For more information on the Team Tournament please refer to the following article: Team Tournament.

🌊 I didn't get the reward for inviting my friends

They would need to connect their game account to some form of social media from within the game. After connecting their accounts, you will be able to receive a reward.

🌊 My events disappeared

This usually occurs when the in-game timer is not working correctly. Please set the date/time settings on your device to automatic mode. You could contact your device manufacturer for more information.
